If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, it can feel like life as you knew it has been turned upside down. Many of us experience the transition as a confusing mix of emotional and physical challenges - like being hit by a bus and then expected to just carry on.

The symptoms can be unpredictable and overwhelming: brain fog, wild temperature swings, body aches, and a cascade of emotions you weren’t expecting. It’s a time of profound change, driven by shifting hormones that impact your mind and body in ways you might never have imagined.

But while we can’t “fix” menopause - it’s a natural stage of life - there are ways to navigate it with more ease, clarity, and peace of mind.

The Mindful Peace Programme is an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course that has transformed countless lives. Originally developed to help individuals who have recovered from depression prevent relapse, it has been tailored here for those navigating menopause. I welcome anyone on this journey - whether you’re cisgender, transgender, or non-binary.

The programme will help you:

• Rediscover joy, even amidst the challenges.

• Build a foundation of mindfulness to navigate this life transition with clarity and strength.
