it is incomplete.”

About Sarah
For a long time, I lived with intense anxiety. It shaped everything - how I saw myself, how I related to others, and how I moved through the world. I learned to disappear into the background, or to perform a version of myself that felt more acceptable. Real connection, ease, and joy felt out of reach.
That began to shift when I started exploring mindfulness. It wasn’t a quick fix, but it offered something I hadn’t experienced before: a way to be with myself, just as I was. Over time, I discovered how to live more fully - not without anxiety, but without letting it rule my life.
And then, ten years ago, my husband died suddenly in the night. It was the kind of loss that reshapes everything - identity, memory, perspective. For a long time, I couldn’t imagine ever feeling lightness or joy again. But slowly, over time, mindfulness helped me live alongside my grief, rather than fighting against it. It allowed space for healing to happen, without requiring me to “get over” what could never be undone.
That experience deepened everything - my understanding of what it means to be human, and my commitment to supporting others through their own pain and transformation.
For more than 17 years, I’ve worked with clients through many forms of change - first as an Alexander Technique teacher and spiritual healer, later as a life coach, and now primarily as a teacher of mindfulness and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).
Mindfulness is at the heart of what I offer, because it gives people practical, grounded tools to meet life as it is - with compassion, clarity, and courage. It’s not about escaping pain, but about learning how to hold it, and still feel joy, curiosity, and freedom.
I often work with people who are living with grief, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck - people who are ready, or nearly ready, to move forward, but need support in finding their way. This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering how to be fully yourself.
